We’re using Field Squared to take work orders directly out of Salesforce and schedule jobs at our big-box customers using 100 teams of sub-contractors from 14 different firms that we work with throughout the country. We can track and monitor our jobs in Field Squared while they’re in progress and at the end of the job completed work orders are sent back to Salesforce and we export the data we collected in the field to MicroStrategy for analysis. Our typical installations occur over three nights and our commissioning process for installations required 9 documents to be filled out collecting 12,97 data points. We wanted to triple the number of installations a month we could do, but that meant tripling our old paper based process, which wasn’t possible.
