Field Squared Partners with Nexmo, the Vonage API Platform, to Deliver Industry’s First Real-Time In-App Messaging and Collaboration Solution to Field Service Organizations
Highlands Ranch, CO, November 28, 2018 – Field SquaredTM, the industry’s first Field Service Management Process Automation Platform, today announced a partnership with Nexmo, the Vonage API Platform (Nexmo) part of Vonage (NYSE:VG) to provide Field Squared customers with real-time in-app messaging and collaboration solutions.
According to analyst firm Gartner, “by 2020, more than 75% of field service organizations with over 50 users will deploy mobile apps that go beyond simplified data collection and add capabilities that help technicians succeed.”*
Through this partnership, Field Squared’s customers will now have access to real-time voice and video conferencing, text-messaging communications and collaboration capabilities via Nexmo APIs. Embedded within the Field Squared Field Service Mobile Application, customers will have the ability to make voice or video calls, collaborate in group conversations, access previous conversation history, send SMS/text messages and reference assets, work orders and forms in conversations.
