Senior Inside Sales Executive

Field Squared is seeking a talented, high-energy individual with great sales acumen to join our high-performing sales team. As a Senior Inside Sales Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving and achieving Field Squared revenue goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

A successful candidate is versed in establishing strong relationships, can make cold calls in their sleep and knows how to write emails that convert.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
• Prospect, prospect, prospect – leverage the latest sales tools to find leads
• Drive cold leads to demos and close deals directly (full sales cycle)
• Conduct demos, closing, negotiation, proposal, and prospecting meetings
• Consistently achieve (and exceed!) sales quotas and goals
• Become an industry expert and learn Field Squared inside and out

Desired Skills and Experience:
• 2+ years’ experience with a proven record of high achievement in a sales role
• Proficient with CRM and sales automation tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
• Experience with cold calling
• Extensive experience prospecting into net new opportunities
• Prior experience in a rapidly growing technology company
• Intelligence and intellectual curiosity – a growth mindset
• Superb communication skills written and verbal
• Self-motivated with a constant sense of urgency
• BA or BS from a 4-year college or university preferred
